Requirements

• Eligibility Requirements for Aradel Graduate Trainee Program 2026
• To be considered for the Aradel Graduate Trainee Program, you must:
• hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1), or an HND with Upper Credit, in any of the following disciplines:
• Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Civil, Process, Chemical, Structural, Geology, Computer Science, and related STEM fields)
• Law, Humanities, Social & Management Science
• have completed of NYSC with a valid certificate or an exemption letter
• have not more than 3 years post-graduation experience
