The Remote recruiter will play a dual role — overseeing internal HR operations while also managing end-to-end recruitment for our clients. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position that requires a dynamic professional who can balance people management, client service delivery, and business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Lead and manage the internal HR function, including policies, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. · Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for client organizations. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their workforce needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. · Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across industries. · Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development. · Develop HR and recruitment metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management. · Champion employer branding initiatives for both the firm and its clients. · Stay up-to-date with labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment trends . Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • · 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, or talent management,
  • · Proven success in managing recruitment processes across multiple industries.
  • · Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • · Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • · Leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing recruitment teams.
