Development and Operations (DevOps) Engineer

Description

Branch is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS. You’ll manage Kubernetes applications, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security and reliability of systems. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, product, and data teams to support rapid growth.

Requirements

• - 4+ years experience in DevOps or similar role
• - Strong AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS)
• - Skilled in Kubernetes for containerized apps
• - Proficiency with Terraform (infrastructure as code)
• - Programming/scripting in Python, Bash, or similar
• - CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab, etc.)
• - Monitoring tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
• - Strong understanding of security (IAM, VPC, compliance)
• - Good communication and collaboration skills
• - Passion for mentoring and guiding junior engineers
