About the Role: We are looking for a competent Laboratory Scientist to conduct accurate diagnostic tests, maintain laboratory equipment, and support clinicians with reliable test results. Key Responsibilities: Carry out medical laboratory tests (hematology, microbiology, chemistry, etc.) Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration is up to date Adhere to laboratory safety standards and infection control protocols Document and report results promptly Collaborate with doctors and nurses to support patient care

Requirements

• Requirements:
• BMLS degree from a recognized institution
• Current practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN)
• Minimum of 3–5 years of post-NYSC experience in a clinical laboratory setting
