Scholarship Opportunity at Alliance of International Science Organizations (ANSO) - China

Description

The Alliance of International Science Organizations (ANSO), established under the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), launched the ANSO Scholarship for Young Talents in 2019. Its mission is to cultivate outstanding young scientists from around the world, enhance global research capacity, and foster international cooperation in science and technology.

Requirements

• Not hold Chinese citizenship
• Be proficient in either English or Chinese
• Meet age requirements:
• Master’s applicants: Born after January 1, 1995
• PhD applicants: Born after January 1, 1990
• Meet admission criteria for international students of USTC or UCAS
• Not take up other assignments during the scholarship period
• Be currently enrolled outside China (Applicants already studying for a Master’s or PhD in China are not eligible)
• Note: Applicants are not allowed to apply for the ANSO Scholarship through both USTC and UCAS simultaneously. Doing so will result in automatic disqualification.
